Finally summer has arrived and the heat fills every corner of the city. How to keep the summer phenomenon? How to keep fit? What to eat?

With regard to health, water is essential that we can not be ignored.

Summer is the hottest season of the year and our bodies need hydration, so you have to drink two liters of water a day to keep our body in tune daily. Water is cleansing and helps our body to dispose of what the body does not need. Before the heat is advisable to go continuously hydrated and be accompanied by a bottle of water, but think “nothing happens”, prevent cardiovascular diseases, muscle aches, dizziness and obviously thirst. The body, when it is hydrated in the sun, is more vital and more energy to perform any task that we propose.

Conversely, if you can not flee the city, go to the nearest pool: promote your aerobic exercise and you will secure the heat and the scorching sun.

And finally … What’s missing? Food, no doubt. Maintain proper nutrition with a hypocaloric Mediterranean diet. Salads, cold gazpacho or creams are the first ideal to keep at bay in the summer time. Do not forget the protein, essential for good nutrition and health, and some carbohydrate a week, since it is not good to abuse.
