There are a variety of diets, many of them not only help us lose weight but also to remove impurities and toxins from our body, in this article we present a very popular and well known diet, the diet of cabbage soup, is based on this vegetable broth and it can drop to 4 kilos in a week.

The main ingredient of this diet is water, and that we should consume up to two liters of this liquid per day, it better be still mineral water, and we can eat the soup as often as you like, and complement the lunch and dinner with a salad of lettuce, along with a cup of grated carrot or spinach salad.

The soup is prepared as follows, we take a medium cabbage, 3 small onions, ½ kilo of carrots, 2 quarts vegetable stock or chicken, 1 pepper and four sticks of celery, then wash the vegetables into pieces the short small and kitchens in the broth for 25 minutes or until vegetables are cooking, then proceed to blend all vegetables with a little broth and the soup is already ready for your diet.
