Description:

The banana diet is thought to take place during a period of 15 days, which during this period may be reduced up to 6 kilos of our current weight. No longer is worth more than the recommended time since we have two reasons that prevent us, as a fall in nutritional deficiencies of which is a bit monotonous at a risk of breaking the rules of eating more calories from beverages.

Diet menu
Dela menu diet based on a combination of other foods such as bananas with skim milk, vegetables, cheese, salads, eggs and poultry.

Breakfast: a glass of skim milk, toast with cheese and one or two bananas.

Lunch: chicken breast with salad and one or two bananas.
Supper: a boiled egg, a dish of vegetables and one or two bananas.
