Above all protein foods such as:
- Eggs (not abuse because the yolk has a lot of fat)
- Lean meats and poultry (but not abuse)
- Fish
- Yeast
- Garlic
- Liver
CELLULITE

Especially avoid foods high in fats and salts that can cause fluid retention. Also forget the coffee and sugary foods and discards all the soft drinks even if you retain the Light and liquids.
BAGS

- Avoid foods such as salt and pre-cooked meals and retaining fluids.
EYES

Make a list of ingredients you can easily add to your diet to “treat” those little problems beauty you may have. Remember it is very important not to pick on fatty foods and if you add a couple of pieces of plants or vegetables to each meal and are full of antioxidant properties that help you be more beautiful every day.
