Description:

  • Eat low-sodium, reduced salt, remove packaged goods, processed meats.
  • Eat more potassium, enough magnesium, calcium, micronutrients and vitamins. Increase consumption of vegetables and fruits, whole grains, legumes and nuts.
  • No toxins. Avoid snuff and synthetic additives. Eat organic food (organic) and increase your foods rich in antioxidants (fruits and vegetables).

  • Eat a balanced manner.
