Description:

BREAKFAST:

  • 2 To 3 different fruits.
  • ½ cup pineapple extract.
  • ½ cup. mixed extract, carrot, beetroot and apple.
  • 2cdas. Linseed soaked the previous day; blend with a piece of papaya and drinking.



LUNCH AND DINNER:

  • Same as breakfast and add.
    Salad-raw: a clove of minced garlic, squeeze of lemon and olive oil, salt, 2 to 3 different vegetables, garnish with 1 / 3 of avocado.
  • Quinoa, corn, wheat and potatoes.
  • Knowledge: manayupa 30g/litro of water boil for 5 minutes, strain and take 1 cup 3 times a day.
