Beta-Carotene: Fruits and vegetables in yellows and oranges.
Copper: nuts, soy products, legumes.
Flavonoids: Onion, garlic, tea, beer, wine, spinach.

Selenium: Brewer’s yeast, wheat germ, whole grains, liver, onions, asparagus.
